INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS-PLCs

Relay Logic will be covered using various input and output devices. Next, using the Allen-Bradley SLC 500, participants will learn how to read Ladder Logic from a troubleshooting perspective by isolating discrete, faulty inputs and outputs.

Real and simulated inputs and outputs, seal-in circuits, and timers & counters will be covered. INTEGER, STATUS, and BIT Files along with Block instructions such as COMPARISON (EQU, NEQ, LES, etc.), MATH (ADD, SUB, MUL, DIV), DATA HANDLING (MOV), and SEQUENCER (SQO) will also be included.

All of the lecture material is reinforced by numerous hands-on labs.
